Delivery options
Our postage costs vary in price depending on the order and will be calculated at the checkout process. You will be notified of the cost before completing your order.
We are happy to dispatch to an alternative address to make it easier for you to receive your order, just enter the delivery address at the checkout process.
Most orders placed before 4:00pm (Monday-Friday - excluding bank holidays) are despatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks, via Royal Mail or our secure couriers, DHL.
Once dispatched the delivery times are:
Express delivery - 1-2 working days
Express delivery recorded - 1-2 working days
Express delivery Air mail - 2-5 working days (Europe & rest of world)
24hr delivery service - 1 day
48hr delivery service - 2 days
We will use the most appropriate method of dispatch depending on the weight and value of your order, this may include a delivery service which would require a signature on delivery.
In the unlikely event of an item not arriving in these stated time scales, Royal mail state that an item can take up to 14 days for delivery within the UK and 30 days delivery for rest of world.
